Our story

I ran an excavator for the first time when I was seven years old, digging a hole to bury a brush pile. That was when I knew working with heavy equipment was what I wanted to do.

I started out working for my grandfather while I was still in high school before joining Loudermilk Contracting, where I spent 15 years building my skills and experience. Along the way, I began purchasing equipment of my own and taking on small projects in my spare time until I launched Bart’s Land Maintenance in 2018.

Today, with more than 20 years of experience, we operate a fleet of excavators, skid steers, and other equipment capable of handling projects of all sizes. We take pride in delivering safe, efficient work and maintaining a reputation for reliability throughout the Tri-State area.
